The training includes an English online exam, which participants can book at a suitable time after the training. Guidelines for booking and taking the exam will be discussed during the training.
ITIL® 4 has a total of five advanced training courses, which cover thought and operational models for each topic as well as the most important capabilities (practices). The modules can be taken in any order.
With the ITIL® 4 extension modules, organizations can address changing business needs. You can also complete some extension modules without the ITIL® 4 Foundation certificate. Basic knowledge of the ITIL framework and terminology is covered in the trainings.
