During this pragmatic two-day course, the participants will learn agile values and principles and how they are applied to the roles of Product Manager and Product Owner in the Scaled Agile Framework.
After the training, you are able to apply SAFe in the Lean Enterprise and effectively collaborate with needed stakeholders to prepare and execute the Program Increment and Iterations. You will understand the significance of creating product development flow and continuous delivery of value. You know how to apply Lean thinking to write Epics and ways to break them down into Features and Stories. You will also understand how to support the change towards Lean Agile organisation by utilising continuous improvement of Lean Product Management. Who will benefit:
The training is suitable for anyone interested how backlogs and programs are managed to deliver value in SAFe. From the trainings provided by SAFe, the SAFe PO/PM is especially suitable for Product Owners and Business Analysts as well as Product Managers who wish to gain better understanding on PI and Iteration execution. In general the training is beneficial for many roles who are working with product requirements and clarifying business needs and need to create steady product development flow and continuous delivery of value.
Although some basic knowledge from Lean, Agile and SAFe or management of projects and products are considered beneficial, they are not compulsory. The training is suitable for personnel from private organisations as well as from public administration.

In case of no show without any cancellation, we will charge the whole price. Cancellation fee will also be charged in case of illness.
