SAFe Lean Portfolion hallinta (LPM, sis sertifioinnin)

SAFe Lean Portfolio Management is a two-day interactive course that can be amended with a one-day "Getting Started with LPM" workshop.

In this course, attendees gain the practical tools and techniques necessary to implement the Lean Portfolio Management functions of Strategy and Investment Funding, Agile Portfolio Operations, and Lean Governance.

Participants in the course have the opportunity to capture the current and future state of their portfolio with the Portfolio Canvas tool and identify important business initiatives for achieving the portfolio vision. Participants also establish portfolio flow with the Portfolio Kanban and prioritize epics for maximum economic benefit. The course also provides insights on how to establish Value Stream Budgets and Lean Budget Guardrails and measure the Lean portfolio performance.

Trainer: Risto Reinikainen

Risto has vast experience in managing major transformation programs, running large line organizations and full scale SAFe implementations. He has more than 30 years of experience in both public and private sectors working in both international and domestic settings . Using his wide knowledge and practical experience Risto will  -Create the vision and roadmap for SAFe implementation and agile ways of working in the company

• Define and implement the operational development model (governance, budgeting, planning, prioritization, execution,…)
• Lead the agile expert team in planning and executing targeted coaching for top management, portfolios, value streams and Agile trains
• Troubleshoot the current agile implementation and put in on “track”
• Train personnel in all levels (including Top Management), facilitate internal and external workshops and training session (SAFe certification trainings, Management Workshops, Business Model Canvas (BMC),…)

This is a classroom training. We'll keep the group size small, and take extra care of hygiene.
