During this two-day course, the participants will learn how to build the right thing by utilising vision and agile backlogs, how to build it right with iterative and continuous development and holistic solution design, and how lean and agile principles, methods and teams help to build it fast.
After the training, you are able to utilise variety of methods for building the right things. You will understand the different aspects of Agile Product Ownership and the importance of agile & lean development when building those things right. You know how effective agile teams and lean principles will support on building the things fast and what are the common pitfalls when utilising agility. You will also understand why it is so important to decrease batch sizes and increase flow and how correct metrics can support to improve them. You will gain concrete tools for managing backlogs and prioritising work as well as practical skills to validate customer data and succeed as Agile Product Owner in today's organisations.

Who will benefit
The training is suitable for anybody who plays a central role in their organisation related to Agile product and project management. The Agile Product Ownership is especially suitable for Product Owners and Product Managers as well as Business Analysts other roles working with projects and products and are taking part of the change towards Lean-Agile organisations.
Although some basic knowledge from Agile, Lean or management of projects and products are considered beneficial, they are not compulsory. The training is suitable for personnel from private organisations as well as from public administration.
