The faster the world changes all around you, the more important it becomes to have the ability to react fast, but in organised manner, to those changes. When organisations internalise the principles and practices of agility, they can react faster to unexpected situations. During this course the participants will learn agile and lean principles and how they are applied with different models and scaling options. They will also get deeper understanding on value driven portfolio management, budgeting and agile product development. 

After the training, you are able to explain what scaling agility means in relation to agile development, portfolio management and agile organisations.
You will understand the significance of value driven agile development and you can identify the options and challenges of scaling. 
You recognise those working ways that support building the right things and developing those things right and developing them fast. 
You will also understand how metrics and budgeting can either support or suffocate the agility and you'll recognise the central aspects when driving the organisation towards an agile change.

The training is suitable for anyone who wants to understand the essentials of scaling agility and value driven portfolios, projects and development. 
The training is especially suitable for Leaders and supervisors as well as project, portfolio and product managers. In general the training is beneficial for many people working in the central role in driving the organisation's change towards agility.

Although some basic knowledge from lean, agility and project & product management are considered beneficial, they are not compulsory. The training is suitable for personnel from private organisations as well as from public administration.
