In this presentation, Scopism director Claire Agutter will share some key insights about the growth and evolution of SIAM around the world. Drawing on 5 years’ of data from the Global SIAM survey as well as key insights from the SIAM community, this session will include:

• Current state of SIAM
• Evolution of SIAM and relation to industry trends including ESM and experience management
• How SIAM supports digital transformation/the CIO agenda
• Overview of the SIAM community and how to get involved

Claire Agutter is interested in anything that helps IT work better. With more than two decades experience as a service management consultant, trainer, speaker and author, she is the founder of Scopism, which focuses on publications, events and consultancy linked to Service Integration and Management (SIAM) and led the creation of the SIAM Foundation and Professional Bodies of Knowledge and hosts the online SIAM community. In 2018-23 she was nominated by Computer Weekly as one of the most influential women in tech.
